Where your data lives, who can see it, and how Relae uses it.
Donor data is real personal information, and Relae treats it that way. Your data is yours, it stays scoped to your organization, and you can export all of it at any time.
- Your records are isolated to your organization. One tenant can never see another's data.
- Data is hosted in Canada.
- Known identifiers, like the donor names on file, emails, phone numbers, and addresses, are stripped before any text is sent to an assistant for help, and re-attached locally afterwards. Details Relae does not have on record are not detected by the redaction; for current customers, that text is processed by the in-Canada model service either way.
- When Relae looks up an organization's logo, the only site it visits is that organization's own website. No third-party data brokers.
- Nothing is written to a record without your confirmation, and everything exports as raw data on demand.
Portability is a promise, not a trap. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
