Document 10: Beta Terms
Plain-language summary: Relae is in beta. It is real and working, but still growing, so some things may change, occasionally break, or be unavailable. These terms set fair expectations without hiding behind fine print.
1. Beta nature
The Platform is provided in Beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
2. Limited warranties
During Beta, the Platform is provided as-is and as-available, and the warranties in the Master Subscription Agreement are limited accordingly. This limitation does not reduce our data-protection, security, breach-notification, or confidentiality commitments, which continue to apply in full and are expressly carved out of the Beta warranty limitations.
3. Feedback and changes
Relae welcomes Feedback as defined in the Master Subscription Agreement (clause 7), and Relae's use of Feedback is governed by that clause. For pricing changes, see clause 8 of the Master Subscription Agreement. We may change other Beta terms on reasonable notice, fairly and transparently.
4. Fairness to early customers
We will be honest about what is ready and what is coming, and will not use Beta status to avoid responsibility for protecting your data. The Beta limitations affect feature availability and performance warranties only, not the data-protection and liability framework in the Master Subscription Agreement and the DPA.
